Since we started EARSandEYES back in 1998, as one of the first research agencies for online market research, a lot has happened and a lot has changed. Some things have stayed the same, though: Then and now, we were and are dedicated market researchers and consultants and passionate about what we do.

We want to understand your needs and the problems you need resolved. This is why we ask you questions. And we listen to you. Because our customised research designs and tools are specifically tailored to your individual needs. As a full-service agency that carries out global surveys, we can select the right qualitative and quantitative methods from the numerous options available to us.

The result is that you do not just receive numbers and data, but solutions which will really move you forward in reaching a decision. Solutions that are clear, well set out and to the point.

In some areas, less and less time is available in which to conduct market research; because of this we have since 2017 been offering companies kvest, allowing them to carry out automated pretests within 48 hours. The results are available for download via an interactive dashboard.

All this is available through our excellently trained and experienced research consultants and thanks to the high technical competence of our IT department.

Because our survey software EaESI, which we program ourselves, gives us a high degree of flexibility and innovativeness. In our own in-house access pool, we set great store by quality and use multi-stage testing procedures to ensure this.
