Pool of trend researchers with 500 employees in 50 metropolises.
We have hard-working and investigative employees in almost all relevant metropolises worldwide who we call reporters. One requirement for their recruitment is that they must have been living in one of the 50 relevant metropolises for at least 6 months. These employees then start their search in their metropolis according to the surveys and tasks developed by us in cooperation with you. Depending on the specific task, they deliver ethnographic interviews with the "lead locals", discuss developments in their surroundings, invite people to their own focus groups, do mystery shopping, and support their analyses with photographs, videos and detailed reports. We need these documents in order to be able to not only support, but prove what is interesting. We do not provide you with only assumptions, but with empirically proven insights.
After we have received the high quality results we carefully question, challenge, analyse and interpret them several times before summarising them in a second step. The results of this process range from recommendations and alternative strategies to concrete product optimizations or product innovations.
