EMPLOYEES

We distinguish between three different levels of employees in our trend research.

First of all, our field team: 500 employees, whom we call reporters, all around the world. They work for us on a project basis and are our solid foundations, our knowledge base.

Among the 500 reporters are very talented thinkers: our almost 50 analysts, our closest and most reliable employees who have worked with us intensively for many years. They are our bridges to the local markets and ensure the smooth cooperation in the most important metropolises. They are our think tank team and we communicate with them around the clock and around the globe in our own chat rooms.

The tip of our trend research iceberg is our team in Hamburg, lead by Oliver Leisse and Susanne Maisch. The analysts are briefed, lead, coached, and, if necessary, recruited from Hamburg. The team in Hamburg is responsible for the final evaluation and summary.
