The virtual focus group.
We have moved the traditional focus group to the internet by creating the e-group. The advantages of the e-group are those of the medium. The internet is fast and international and it is the easiest way to assemble target groups that are difficult to reach in one place without investing a lot of time and money.
The e-group is especially appropriate for very factual topics as well as those related to one specific field, such as technology, computers and FMCG. In addition, test persons operating at their own computers and in a familiar environment are much less influenced by the social behaviour of a group, making their opinions more subjective and therefore more relevant for you, the client.
